Tenth Week reflection

Tenth Week{14/01/19 - 18/01/19}      In this week, Preeta miss had came for observation class on January 14. I was planning to conduct the achievement test for the students on 4th period.  I had given them the questions and the test was conducted for one hour.    Those who had learned the topics were responding easily and I felt they were having time management problem.  The management of the class satisfying.  After the conduction of test, I had explained the answers of the questions.  The result of the paper was, most of the girls were having good marks while some of the boys only having marks.  There performance in the test was average only.  I had conducted the diagnostic test on Janauary 16 on the basis of identifies difficulties.  And provided remedial measures also.        I had completed all my works related to teaching practice and on this week Biju Sir had came for observing Yoga class. ...

Ninth Week Reflection

Ninth Week{07/01/19 - 11/01/19}       I was able to finish my 30 lesson plans.   Area of Quadrilateral and its corresponding problems were done in the class itself.  I could feel that, the concept taught in text were difficult for them to some extend.  So I had used some of my ways to deliver the concept clearly to them.  They were clear about the equations and the formation of equation and its application in this chapter.  The chapter was also simply to learn, if the concept is understood.  I had done the conscientization programme on this week itself.  The topic was "Save Trees, Save Earth".   I presented the slides, videos and they had perceived the concept of the programme and conducted the poster making, essay writing, pencil drawing, slogan writing competitions, in which I had provided them with the necessary equipment.  Students had interestingly took part in the competitions.  From these works, I coul...

Ed curriculum we have to organize a conscientization programme.   Conscientization or critical conscious is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazilian pedagogue and educational theorist Paulo Freire.  It focuses  on achieving an independent understanding of the world,allowing for the perception and exposure of social and political contradictions.  It also includes taking action against the oppressive elements in one's life that are illuminated by that understanding.  It is an individual activity. Eighth Week Reflection

Eighth Week{31/12/18 - 05/01/19}       After the Christmas vacation, most of the teacher were on leave.  I started to continue from where I left last class.  I made them do the problems in textbook.  After that I took the lesson plan on area of square.   It was in Inquiry Training Model.  The class went well and they were easily grasping the idea.  The problems were also easily solved by them.  So over all both the class went smoothly without any disturbance and stress.  I was able to identify that, the blackboard work had improved a lot and stimulus variation also had changed.  But need to think about Questioning skill.  I mostly avoid, the questioning section, just because, the class will be distracted on that time.  But need to consider that, for further improvement.  I had took the class on  " Area of Rhombus".  The idea of forming equation was similar to the Area of square. ...
